Matt has gained valuable experience at leading companies. He has worked with Graduate Gardeners and Leaf Creative Gardens. This journey has boosted his garden design skills. It has also expanded his perspective on gardening. At Leaf Creative, he led projects that turned private gardens into lively outdoor spaces. He also led a soft landscaping team working on a few show gardens at the Malvern Spring Festival.
